Lynsi brings 13 years of accounting experience supporting a growing manufacturing organization. She enjoys bringing structure to complex challenges, improving processes, and helping businesses build strong financial foundations. 

Beau brings 15 years of operational leadership with a passion for helping businesses grow. As a founder of multiple startups, he enjoys strengthening customer experiences, developing teams, and creating practical strategies that support long-term growth.
